Refund & Delivery Policy
Effective 20 October 2026
Country Risk 360 (“CR360”) is a trading name and digital product operated by Skylaw Legal (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2021/816322/07, South Africa.
1. Digital delivery
CR360 products are supplied electronically. Once payment has been successfully verified, the purchased product will ordinarily be made available through a download page, secure download link or similar electronic method.
A Single Jurisdiction purchase provides the dated report for the selected jurisdiction. A Global purchase provides the dated Global Excel Register together with the corresponding individual jurisdiction PDF reports included in that release. The Global workbook and country-report folder are intended to be retained together.
2. Saving and opening your purchase
The purchaser is responsible for using a device and software capable of opening standard PDF, XLSX and ZIP files and for maintaining adequate internet access to complete the download. Purchasers should save a local copy after successful delivery because CR360 does not guarantee indefinite re-download access.
If a Global workbook is separated from its accompanying Country_Reports folder, links from the workbook to the individual PDFs may no longer function. This does not mean that the underlying reports are defective.
3. Change-of-mind refunds
Because CR360 products are digital information products that are ordinarily made available shortly after successful payment, CR360 does not generally provide a refund merely because a purchaser changes its mind after the purchased digital product has been made available.
This policy does not remove any statutory cancellation, cooling-off, refund or other consumer right that applies and cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the cooling-off right in section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 applies, an eligible consumer may have a right to cancel within the statutory seven-day period. That right is subject to the scope and exclusions in applicable law, including the exclusions in section 42 of that Act.
4. When we will investigate a refund or replacement
Please contact us if you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, received the wrong CR360 product, paid successfully but CR360 failed to make the purchased product available, or received a file that is materially corrupted or unusable and cannot reasonably be replaced.
Where the issue can reasonably be resolved by re-delivery or replacement of the correct file, CR360 may first offer that remedy. Where a refund is appropriate, it will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider and banking processing times.
5. What is not a product defect
A later change in a jurisdiction’s classification, a later update by an external evidence source, a regulatory development occurring after the assessment date, or a later CR360 methodology update does not make an earlier point-in-time report defective.
A report also does not become defective merely because a user’s own methodology, regulator, auditor, client or professional adviser reaches a different risk conclusion. CR360 provides a jurisdiction-risk input, not a guaranteed regulatory outcome.
6. Requesting assistance
For a delivery or refund issue, email [email protected] with the purchaser’s email address, transaction or order reference if available, the product purchased and a short description of the problem. We may request reasonable information needed to verify the transaction and resolve the issue.
7. Payment-provider processing
Approved refunds may take additional time to appear after CR360 has instructed the payment provider. Processing times imposed by banks, card schemes or payment providers are outside CR360’s direct control.
